When you register for the Event, we may collect the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (WhatsApp preferred)
  • Age (for eligibility verification)
  • College / Organization (if applicable)
  • Government/College ID (if requested for verification)
  • Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process your registration and payment.
  • Communicate event details, deadlines, and announcements.
  • Verify eligibility (age & ID if required).
  • Generate participation and winner certificates.
  • Publish results (only name and institution of winners/top performers).
  • Improve the event experience.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Payment Data

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay (or other authorized gateways).
  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
  • Razorpay may collect and process your data as per their own Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited information only when required:

  • With payment providers (to process transactions).
  • With certificate/printing partners (for name on certificates).
  • With tax authorities (if required under Indian law for TDS deductions).

5. Data Retention

  • Registration data is retained until the end of the event cycle + 6 months for audits.
  • Winner data (name, prize, PAN for TDS) may be stored longer as per legal requirements.
  • You may request deletion of your data after the event, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of data (after event completion).
  • Opt-out of promotional communications.

  • The Event is open to individuals 18 years and above only.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
